Shipping & delivery

Our organizers ship from our fulfillment partner in China to eligible United States and Canadian addresses. Available delivery options and final shipping charges are shown before payment.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is CAD $9.99. Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of CAD $80 or more after discounts qualify for free tracked shipping. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the threshold. For US orders, checkout converts the rate and qualifying threshold into USD; the final amount is displayed before payment.

Processing and transit

Current US supplier estimates are 1–3 days for processing and 5–11 business days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, carrier delays and the delivery address can extend the timeline. Please allow additional time rather than ordering for a fixed event date.

Tracking and separate parcels

We send tracking information when your order is dispatched. Carrier scans may take time to update. Different designs or larger orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Delays and missing orders

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer the choice of accepting the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund. For missing, damaged or unusually delayed parcels, email support@norialebeauty.com; we will investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Addresses and charges

Check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately for corrections; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Taxes and any charges collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authorities.
